Before joining avad3, I spent most of my career as an Operations, Quality, and Logistics Manager, primarily in manufacturing. Those experiences gave me a solid foundation in leadership, process improvement, and helping teams succeed.

One of the most inspiring parts of my role now is being able to provide a clear roadmap for individual growth and development. It’s incredibly rewarding to help team members achieve their goals while also contributing to the success of the larger organization.

When it comes to event production, my favorite aspect is being a part of delivering a message that resonates. It’s amazing to see an event come to life and create emotion, passion, and real results for the customer.

Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my family. That’s where I recharge and find the most joy. And as for superpowers? Honestly, I’ve never given it much thought—I’m content just being myself.
