Some events start big. Others grow into something bigger than anyone expected.

This Sales Kickoff was the second kind. A friend introduced us and said, “They’ve outgrown in-house AV. It’s time for true production.” That’s a special moment for our team, because that transition point is exactly where we love to serve.

This event began small and humble. Over time, it gained traction, built momentum, and started attracting attendees from across the United States, as well as Great Britain and Canada. With that growth came a new challenge, they needed higher production quality, but they could not compromise the financial model that helped them grow in the first place.

That crossroads is where we step in.

Outgrowing In-House, Not Ready for Overkill

When an event is massive and fully established, production companies line up to bid on it. Big budgets attract big agencies. But for events in this middle chapter, scaling production appropriately is much harder.

This client was stuck starting over each year. Because they intentionally rotate cities to keep the experience fresh, they were working with a different in-house AV team at every property. Just as a crew began to understand the nuances of the show, it was time to load out and reset.

They were not ready for an oversized agency model. But they were ready for more than in-house.

We were honored to meet them right there.

Why We Fit

Being based in Arkansas matters. Our cost structure is different from firms headquartered in major metropolitan markets. That allows us to stay competitive while still delivering true national-level production.

Geography matters too. From the center of the country, trucking and travel remain efficient and predictable as this conference moves year to year. Those factors start tipping the scales when a client says, “We want real production, but we need to be responsible.”
