The Background
Sages and Scientists is a global traveling event. Spearheaded by Deepak Chopra and Alice Walton, this event aims to improve the well-being of its attendees and inform them about recent breakthroughs in alternative medicine. This event was presented to our team to design, set up, and run the lighting, audio, and visuals.
Audio
Presenters being heard is important at every event, however, this is penultimate need for a thought leadership event with the Chopra Foundation. Our delivered flawless audio for live panel discussion and the livestreamed recording.
Lighting Design
Our team implemented beautiful, brand appropriate gobo lighting and colored uplighting to reflect off of every surface, utilizing the venue’s unique architecture to immerse the attendees in a “nebula” of sorts.
Video
Our team tastefully placed digital screens throughout the space to scale for a more intimate audience.
Livestreaming
Our team assisted in live-streaming the event to sync directly with the Chopra Foundation’s public channels
The Challenge
This multi-day event took place over multiple locations with both indoor and outdoor locations including breakouts and multiple C-suite presenters. All of this compounds to a tight schedule and invite-only attendees. In other words, the bar is set high. Guests and presenters expect a flawless event with beautiful visuals and an immersive experience.
The Solution
Through meticulous planning, our team shaped the lighting to compliment the scene of each location. This same planning aided our audio professionals in setting up a flawless audio experience at each of the locations of the event. Large screens for videos and presentations were sprinkled throughout each location as well.
