A state senator and other influential presenters were speaking for this trade school advocacy event. All technical details needed to look and sound great.
Our team set up a simple stage with a pipe and drape backdrop, loudspeakers to accompany it, along with a microphone and podium. The room was mostly glass which filled the room with natural light, negating the need for added lights. While the natural light was a welcomed addition for the attendees, the glass surfaces around the room make for a challenging environment for audio. Our careful planning and expert audio techs helped ensure the message of the event was heard.
