Any guest who wants to visit can explore the museum for free, with the additional option of a membership for special exhibits and visiting hours.
The Challenge
Crystal Bridges wanted to host an event for members and visitors for their 10-year anniversary. For an organization with this much reach, an in-person event was going to pose an immense amount of challenges and potentially distract from the vision of this celebration.
The Solution: Fully Virtual
Our team set up a master control room inside the museum but tucked away from any exhibit or high-traffic area. Through multiple lighting setups, video streaming cameras, and video switchers, our team was able to turn the art museum into a streaming studio. After carefully practicing and planning the show flow, we served their team by providing a flawless stream for all viewers.
