How Our Team Goes Above and Beyond for a Locally Based Non-Profit

In between traveling for national shows, our team gets to enjoy supporting local non-profits on their biggest days of the year. For Spark of Hope, their annual event is just that. This event provides fundraising to aid them in; building homes, helping women, and serving orphans in underprivileged communities.
This event needs to host hundreds of people comfortably while retaining their attention with an aesthetically pleasing event, all while maintaining a cost-conscious budget.
Located in a local convention center, our team deployed a small stage surrounded by stage props, drape, and screens to display information. To make this centerpiece pop, we focused stage wash, moving light fixtures, and gobo lights around the staging. Our team also suggested orienting the room in a non-traditional way, giving this event a new and fresh look.
All of these details came together to create a unique experience for the audience. The simple, but polished stage design allowed the event to stay within budget, all while being monitored by our event experts.
