The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) is the nation’s largest aviation community with close to 400,000 members. For a non-profit with this many members, missing their annual symposium due to the Covid-19 pandemic was not an option.
In order to attract and retain high quality sponsors, they needed a high quality virtual event — not a glorified Zoom call. During this event, we combined our video production capabilities along with our live event experience to craft a show that was polished and entertaining. By live-streaming the symposium, AOPA’s executives were able to all fly into our headquarters and stream from a cost effective location that offered high production value. They focused on communicating their accomplishments and message, while we made sure it went flawlessly.
