The Background

COPS (Concerns of Police Survivors) is a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting the families, friends, and co-workers of fallen police officers. This non-profit hosts 12+ events annually, all over the country. For their largest events, their team relies on ours to manage production flawlessly and take their stress away.

The Challenge

Without a trusted AV Team, the COPS organization would need to start over with new production contacts for each event. Reiterating their mission, vision, and event details is difficult and time-consuming. As events change locations, specifics are bound to shift.

Empty tables sit in front of two screens and drape in a ballroom.

The Solution

COPS has trusted avad3 to be an extension of their team. Consistency remains a high priority for their organization and they trust that our team will take care of them. For this event, our team set up screens with projectors and speakers. One of our techs carefully monitored everything to ensure show flow remained on time and on task.

The Results

The COPS Chapter Training event was a success. Any stress involving components of A/V for their event immediately vanished whenever they called our team to take over.
