Before joining avad3, I worked in a variety of roles, from serving as the Lead Pastor at FBC Lockport to working as a Church Partnership Coordinator for The CALL in NWA, and even as a Health Insurance Agent with Tohi Health Insurance Advisors. No matter the role, I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people and bringing ideas to life.

One of the most inspiring parts of my job is getting to dream with clients about their vision for an event and then working with our team to turn that dream into reality. Seeing an event go from concept to execution—watching all the moving parts come together—is always an incredible experience.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my wife, Rachel, or out on a baseball field.

And if I could have any superpower? Without a doubt—teleportation. Imagine skipping the travel time and instantly being where you want to be!
