The 2024 Walmart Marketplace Seller Summit was nothing short of extraordinary. This event shared the previous year’s moniker of “Let’s Grow!” and indeed, we saw tremendous growth on every level! This wasn’t just another event – it was one of Fortune 1’s biggest days of the year, and they needed an AV production partner who could handle every detail with precision. From the very start, we knew the stakes were high, and our team was fully committed to making it a show to remember.
For this event, we created a brand guide to help Walmart communicate their message to new walmart.com sellers just before the holiday season.
Our team executed an impactful lobby activation in the shape of a “box” to not only draw attendees in from the beginning, but to also dynamically match the event messaging of Walmart Marketplace’s exciting eCommerce updates.







Held in the heart of San Francisco, at the Moscone Center, the summit featured multiple breakout sessions, powerful listening sessions, and a completely transformed expo hall. The expo, in particular, was a huge leap from last year—more polished, more interactive, and far more impactful. Every inch of the space was meticulously designed, from the seamless digital signage that guided attendees, to the projection mapping and bold digital lobby installation that brought common areas to life. The general session design was unforgettable, providing a bold centerpiece that captured the event’s energy and ambition.
What really set this year apart, though, was the level of collaboration and trust between Walmart and our team. As Michael Ann Bross from Walmart Event Solutions so perfectly put it: “This was 100% a partnership and collaboration, and I am honored to have been in your presence as each of you put your best foot forward from start to finish…Thank you, simply isn’t enough, however, I don’t have enough words to show my appreciation. So again thank YOU from the bottom of my heart, and know I would go into the trenches with any of you 100x over.”
That partnership was the foundation of everything we accomplished. When Walmart came to us with challenges— assertive timelines, collaboration with the local union, and the need for top-tier innovation—our team didn’t just deliver, we thrived. We tackled logistical hurdles head-on and provided solutions that not only met expectations but exceeded them.
A key part of our success was anticipating the client’s needs at every step. Whether it was making sure the microphones were flawless, ensuring the teleprompters were perfectly timed, or adjusting lighting so that the keynote speakers could shine, we left no stone unturned. Our leadership team was always present, ready to address any question or solve any issue, no matter how small.
But this event wasn’t just about big stages and large crowds. Walmart also needed spaces that felt personal and intimate, like small breakout rooms and cozy conversation areas. We scaled the same creativity and attention to detail for every setting, making sure that no matter where you were, the experience felt seamless.
Reflecting on the show days, we’re proud of what we accomplished. It was a true collaboration, and our team gave everything we had to make it a success. Most of all, the audience, walmart.com sellers, were given powerful tools, resources, and a vision for a future to help each and every one of them grow. As one attendee shared, “This summit was HUGE. It was the best Expo, general session, and breakout content that I have been to in a long time.”
In the end, Walmart’s vision became a reality, and the Seller Summit was a resounding success. We’re honored to have played a role in that, and we couldn’t be more proud of the outcome.
