ProveIt! Conference

“We have a very difficult schedule…live demos, when somebody wants something different, it has been as seamless as ‘hey, can you change this?’
Basically, the answer is
‘it’s already done’.”
Some conferences talk about solutions.
This one demands proof.
ProveIt! is built around a bold premise: bring two groups together who need each other — and require one to literally prove their solution works to the other. No sales pitch. No smoke and mirrors. No prerecorded demos.
If you take the stage, you prove it. Live.
Designing for Impact — and Speed
The concept centered the stage in a dynamic diamond layout, with dual LED walls and strong branding anchoring the room. It felt intentional, immersive, and unified for the large morning session.
Then at lunch, the transformation began.
We removed center stage elements, allowed the hotel’s airwall to drop, and reoriented the space into two fully functional rooms — each with projection, IMAG, lighting, recording, and dedicated audio support.

The flip had to happen fast.
By the end of the week, our crew was executing the full room conversion in 18 minutes.
Splitting the Room, Not the Experience
When the room was combined, one unified crew operated the show seamlessly.
When it split, we divided strategically: dedicated audio techs in each room, dedicated video and lighting coverage, independent camera systems. Attendees never felt like they were in the “lesser” room.
Both spaces felt intentional. Complete. Designed.
That mattered.
Because ProveIt! isn’t about flashy production. It’s about credibility.

From Problem to Partnership
We initially assumed the event was already under contract elsewhere and that we were simply helping brainstorm.
Instead, the client invited us to bid.
Our creative solution didn’t just win on design — it came in competitively. A higher-impact solution at a lower overall cost than expected. From there, the scope expanded: supporting exhibitors on the expo floor, assisting with booth AV, digital signage at registration, uplighting throughout the venue.
By week’s end, what began as an introduction had become a relationship.

When the Photos Tell the Story
This event was a perfect match of philosophy and production.
A conference built on proving things work — and a production design that had to prove itself every single day at lunch.

We’re grateful to ProveIt! for trusting us with a bold idea, and for allowing us to help turn a logistical challenge into a defining feature of the event.
Some stages are built to sell.
This one was built to prove it.
